Play passes are valid for 2 hours. If we are busy, we ask that you abide by this rule. If we are not busy, you are welcome to stay longer. The majority of kids stay between 1-2 hours.

You are not required to purchase our socks, but they are available if you need them or forgot yours at home! The only requirement is that the socks have grip pads on the soles. Adults must have regular socks

Unfortunately for safety reasons we only allow children from 3 months of age until the day of their 7th birthday. We apologize for the inconvenience.

With the monthly membership you are welcome to leave and come back in the same day. Day passes do not have re-entry.

No, for safety reasons all children must be supervised by an adult (18+) the entire time.

Each child will receive a juice box during the party. You are allowed to bring in cake, cupcakes, and store bought food (pizza, etc.). If you would like Toddler Town to supply Dominos Pizza, please call at least one week in advance of the party.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled admission date and time to qualify for a refund or credit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled date are eligible to be rescheduled to a later date. To reschedule your visit, please call 205-238-5611. We understand that many parents have other children that aren’t old enough to play yet! We adjusted our pricing for infants to accommodate little ones that still interact with our toys but are not yet old enough to fully enjoy our playcenter. Infants under 3 months are free. The fee for ages 3-5 months is $3.99.

To keep the facility sanitary, adults must take off their shoes and wear traditional socks. If you forgot socks at home, we have them available for purchase.

Private birthday parties do not have an age limit, all kids are welcome! Please have grip socks for older kids as we only supply toddler sizes. All children 14 years or younger must still have a waiver.
